Lousy customer service.

Poor Customer service. Could never get anyone on phone and could not get atom pro into my ears. I returned hoping for better service.

The hearing aid works, but it wasn't a good fit for my mom. Initiating the return process has be such a hassle. I've sent multiple emails with either no response or customer service replying with useless information about tips and upgrades. If you want to save your time, don't bother buying from them...

These aids are just fantastic. I love how they fit comfortably and produce a crisp sound.

I am pleased way beyond expectations. This is a great product for twice the price. I tried other "hearing aids" that only amplified EVERYTHING! With Audian my hearing is nearly normal. No more tuning up the TV or asking my wife to repeat herself. They were fast on delivery, kept me informed every step and best of all they went right from the box to my ears.....and worked perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

I bought the Audien EV3 hearing aid for my husband and he loves them. He said they are comfortable, easy to use and he can hear again! I love them because I don’t have to yell or repeat myself any more. And they are very affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having hearing issues.

I have been using these hearing aids for a few months now and I am really happy with my purchase. They fit perfectly and the rechargeable feature is so convenient. I can't imagine going back to regular batteries.
