I purchased my Audien Atom Pro hearing aids in early April of 2022. My first impression of the hearing aids were not good because they stick out of my ears like small beige light bulbs. I needed them so I kept them regardless of their appearance. Now as of today. One of my hearing aids is fully charged and not working. No physical damage to the unit. Just gave out on its own. If you purchase the Audien Atom Pro hearing aids,it may be wise to also purchase the extended warranty. I did not and now I am left with one good hearing aid which I use in the ear that needs it most. That is my story with Audien Hearing aids. Good luck on your journey with your purchase.

There is nowhere on their web site that tells you these are NOT HEATING AIDS but amplifiers. I did find another place on the net as I was looking for reviews that stated this. They are blasting all over the net about their high ratings but you can't leave a review on their site - only on Amazon and if you don't meet Amazon's stuff you can't leave one there. I had a very difficult time changing the shields. Listening to TV with them had more "noise" than without them. When I called to return them a gentleman didn't seem to know much about the return process. Told me I had to pay to return them and instead of mailing me the labels he sent an attachment in an email that has to be printed out. I don't have a printer. He said I had to pay but the email says company will pay all mailing charges. Speaking of mailing, it took longer to be delivered than if they had mailed them. Why is it so hard to find customer reviews - they show very high reviews but Amazon shows them way down in the 3's? I was really looking forward to the product. - jim brown Edit - As I stated, there is no way to leave a review on their site even though they show a number of 5 star reviews. Had I seen the reviews below I would never have bought them.

After approximately 5 months of use the right piece would not charge. Does not ring when touched or inserted in the ear. Waste of money so far. Decent results until it quit charging

Bought these for my father in law as they don’t do online shopping. Hearing aids would not hold a charge. I contacted them well within the return period and they sent me YouTube videos on charging. Followed instructions and gave them back to my father in law to try. Still won’t hold a charge. By the time I was able to get them back from him again and contact support they are now telling me I’m outside of the return. So we basically are stuck with a pair of supposed hearing aids that I’ve never worked and they’re not willing to do anything about it. Worst customer service ever. Product is junk.

The company offers an unconditional 45 return warranty on their hearing aids, but then makes the return process so difficult that it is almost impossible to do a return. Messages and emails are ignored for days at a time and when a reply is finally received, it spins out the process with spurious questions or offers of an upsell "upgrade". Altogether dubious business practice. And in addition, the hearing aids only work if hearing loss is uniform across the spectrum. If one has asymmetric or loss at specific frequency, they do not work well. Update; The one thing Audien does do quickly is respond to a negative review on Trustpilot! That they did in in a few hours vs 5 days beforehand. I have finally received the return label.

Product is OK -- as described but a real hassle trying to cancel the extended warrenty. Dispite a very clear request to customer service they did not cancel. Had to follow-up.

Return process is horrible. Don’t even bother with their trial because if you are dis satisfied you will get the run around when you try to return! You only receive emails asking if you would like to upgrade or in our case try the behind ear style. Tired of the Mickey Mouse run around when all I have been asking for in all of our emails is the return process instructions and labels. They do not deliver what they promise. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a pair of Audien Atom hearings aids at the end of March. After about a month they ceased to work. I contacted the company and did app the tests they suggested, and they still didn't work. I returned them along with the charger. Two weeks later I received another set of hearing aids for Audien but no charger. I eventually got another charger, but it took 3 weeks! I then started using the hearing aids again being careful to follow the instructions. This time they worked for about 2 weeks. I really don't feel like fighting wi;th the company again -- getting a refund would be difficult. I'll just take the loss and try to remember you get what you pay for and sometimes less.
