I had a problem with one of the hearing aids, the support techs. was very helpful. and after working with him, we decided the problem was something that we couldn"t fix over the phone. Immedately he gave me the information on how to return the aids, and sent me a new pair, no questions asked, Fast and courteous service.

I was surprised how good I was Hearing with this device!! Did not realize how much I was missing! The hearing aid arrived quickly. The instructions were very good, easy to follow. I was surprised how well I got used to hearing better as soon as I put it in my ears!

The patience,kindness and clear instructions. In this crazy time, you unfortunately don't get that treatment very Often.The hearing aides are great and have made a true difference in my life. Thank you so much.

Followed the instructions & details about all parts on hearing aids to be able to use correctly! Because the part that fits in the ear itself has to be seen so u can fit better to hear better!

I tried the 89 dollar pair,triedEV3s they sound awful. I tried the Atom, also they distort and sound, well the fidelity leaves much to be desired. All this money and no usable hearing aids. I gave up and went to an audiologist and got Starkeys. My insurance paid 100 percent and they are great. Don't waste time and money onAudien.. Really, the co.started to sell hearing amps before they had a solid product to sell and Audien kept saying, Gary our newest pair
