I saw your review and wanted to make sure you're taken care of. You mentioned that you never received your hearing aids, one package was torn opened with no contents, another one sent to the wrong address. You called and requested money deposit back to my account but haven’t heard anything yet. We're sorry to hear about this but rest assured, we are committed to make this right for you. I can see that there's an open ticket with Customer Support regarding your concern and an email was sent to you last Wednesday from our Customer Service representative "Nelly". He advised you that the are refund has already been processed. Your experience is important to us.
