SCAMMER COMPANY BEWARE I purchase their hearing aids in December. The first pair were extremely poor quality in both audio and fit leaving sores in my ear canal. I troubleshooted with the company, jumped all their hoops only for them to ensnare me into upgrading to the more expensive pair that would solve all my problems. Big surprise, the more expensive model was the same quality of audio, making everyone around me sound robotic. The ear pain also did not subside. I started the return process only to have them try and make me troubleshoot and jump through hoops again. After multiple attempts to start the return, they stop returning my emails. They never gave me an option to return despite there 45 day money back guarantee. I tried reaching out to them again and restart the process. Now they are responding again but saying I am NOW past the 45 day return window. Absolute games these people are playing.
