The phone call service was great however the flow up confusing. I received about 4 emails a couple of which stated that something was wrong with the set up of my service. Upon calling they stated that everything was fine. Hopefully my service gets installed tomorrow...

I was informed that at a certain time installation would be performed. It was not, Upon follow up with San Diego they could not find an order. I called national sales and they could not find a record of ordering the installation. At that point I decided to keep my present server and NOT ACTIVATE AT&T.

This has been the worst experience ever, they have such a poor customer service and they fake advertise I don't know why they got the people working for them telling there customer lies.... They never help me with my problem and wasn't able to talk to there manager.
