I can not speak highly enough of the support ATN at Hereford have provided me. My 4K Pro had developed a minor issue and they just swapped it for a new scope despite it being out of warranty.

Brilliant service from ATN in uk I bought a scope from eBay which I found out was a grey import which had no warranty. But atn in the uk said they would repair it free of charge Thanks very much Joe

I bought the x-sight tv scope it wouldn’t hold the zero I called customer service they told me it needed the firmware update it wouldn’t take it so I called back to return I’ve been waiting on customer service to send my return label haven’t gotten it yet now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone I advise everyone don’t buy this scope they’re customer service sucks.

I do a lot of night hunting and ATN has always been my go Optic, I use the thermal and the infrared and both are outstanding. Both have very good batter life and just recently I had an issue and the customer service rep My helped me and the service was above and beyond what I ever expected. When you buy from ATN you will will be very happy with how they treat you if something goes wrong.

I purchased a ATN X-Sight pro 3-14 after looking at the advertisement and speaking to sales. I received the unit and had to send it back 3 times to get a unit that worked correctly. If you try to zero the reticle at the instructions say be prepared to walk to the target with a marker to but a big circle around the point of impact so you can see where to move the cursor to!!

I purchased a ATN X-Sight 4K pro 5x20. This is an excellent product and My in customer support is great. Responded quickly to my email. I would definitely recommend this product and this company for all your optics.
