I've had two separate issues with my ATN rifle scope, on both those occasions I have had to return this product to atn Europe. From contacting them and getting repairs carried out and returned the customer service is first class, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the product male functioning with the same faults on both occasions. All seems good now 🤞

Was having issues with my scope, called atn customer support and Kelly Prince was great to deal with. Had everything ready for me to send it in to get fixed in a timely manner. If you are having trouble just give them a call.

Had an old ATN THor LT That the battery died in. So I called and spoke with Kelly Prince. took a couple of months but ATN covered the repair and now i'm looking at their updated Versions.

I’ve had an issue with my Thor LT where my display glitches the ATN customer service has been absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional extremely quick to respond to any emails and a delight to talk to you on the phone. Well this is a budget friendly optic that they have discontinued. They’ve treated it like it’s their flagship model this is one company that I am absolutely delighted to do business with and so long as they keep taking care of me the way that they have will continue to have my business.

Working with chamberlain was great, provided the help i needed to make an informed purchase and made it an easy process. I do wish the dimensions for the quick detatch scope mounts for my thor 5 640 were listed in the descriptions, they may be i may have missed them. But never the less it was a good experience.
