Bought a thermal scope and it never worked properly. After sales service was poor.. One of the worst purchases I have ever made.

Recently had to reach out to see about getting my scope repaired under warranty. My customer service representative Faris was exceptional in getting my warranty claim processed saving my hunting season that would of been ruined this year. Simply the best interaction I have ever had with a customer service representative.

I bought ATN Buckhunter 5x20 just less than a year old and the software got messed up. I have to send it back to get fix somehow it's took forever. I have call customer service few times about when my product going to ship back, each time they told me something else different. I end up taking to management and we've very poor conversation. As today I still not getting my product back. My recommendation to buyers out there, I do like ATN products but if u don't care about poor service ATN is for you.

In June 2023 my 501C3 nonprofit, who provides training without cost to regional law enforcement departments thanks to private donors, ordered the newest thermal scope...the Thor 5 XD with the promise of delivery the following week. As of 2 October 2023, I have yet to receive the device. In July, August and September, I was told that the software was still in development and should be shipped by the end of the month. They are still selling the device and promising an efficient ship date but have no realistic idea of when the scope will actually be ready to release. I demanded a refund. We have a previous version of that scope (Thor 4) which is a bit glitchy and hoped to demo the latest version to the SWAT teams we train. I don't appreciate the deceitful sale practices.

My x sight 4k pro that I got as a gift didn’t come with all the accessories but one quick email to customer service and Milen Y fixed me right up great experience highly recommend

I purchased an X sight 4K pro scope a few months ago and I am very pleased with it. I am in the UK but I sent a message to ATN in the states and I received a reply almost immediately which I was very impressed with. I was looking for an accessory and although they said they couldn't send one to me directly, they would contact their European agents. About an hour later I was contacted by their agent and was told they would send me the item I was after. Fantastic service from a fantastic company.

I emailed ATN on a Saturday expecting to hear from them sometime the following week. Service Technician “My” emailed first thing Monday morning answering my question and resolving my issue!! Great customer service! M.B.
