Happy with the scope, the IR laser that I ordered didn't work well so they are send me another. I haven't tested the new one yet but the customer service has been good with getting my return order out quickly.

My experience with Kelly today was good. She took the time to try and help with my problem and was friendly. The ATN THOR 5 4=40 LRF is a complete disappointment. I am on my 4th or 5 one and still having issues and cannot get my $ back. I've missed to scheduled hunts and this will be my 3rd unless I get my replacement in time. All ATN has offered me is free hats, t-shrts and a cheap remote. My experience over all with ATN is a one star, my experience today with Kelly was good.

The scope is great and I couldn’t ask more of it. I ordered the Thor LTV 4-12 x640 from the ATN website. Had no initial problems and it shipped in a timely manner. I ran into issues with delivery tho since I needed a signature on the package. I know this is a FedEx problem but since ATN uses them, I figured you should know. The scope should have been delivered on a Thursday between 10-2 so I took the day off work to make sure I signed for it but it never showed, then same thing for Friday. Finally on Saturday it arrived but I still had to miss 2 days of work for no reason. I tried calling both fedex customer support and ATN but neither could help so I was obviously frustrated as to not knowing where my package was or when it would show.

I have a problem. These reviews are for two separate companies. One selling scopes for rifles and night vision equipment. The other is for a investment company. Be very careful what reviews you are reading.

I’m still not sure about the reliability of the scopes software which is why I had to send my scope back. Customer service was fine but I would strongly suggest that ATN focus on providing reliable products and customer service (as mentioned in several reviews) before advertising. Without the first 2, the 3rd will die from bad reviews.

ATN needs to pay better attention to their products, case in point, the extended power pack for the binoculars has a strap that will not fit the slot on the binocular, they know it but still sell it. Also on the same item the pocket for the battery pack is too small, the zipper will fail in a short time. As far as their customer service, although I have read horror stories, I have not had any problems with ATN's customer service.
