Used this service for some voice over work I needed for some PowerPoint Presentation on Technical Training. We had lost 1/3 of the Live Presentation Video, and had no way to record it over. So I was able to write the talking points and add the audio files to the Slides and send it out to participants. Worked Great! I got some help on some features like delaying and spacing the person talking (BEN) from Agent Lisa very quickly. Will use it again, and will try the voice over with my now voice......

Podcastle itself is a decent program. I didn't get to fully utilize it before some unfortunate life changes. Our org was looking into new software and I went to Podcastle to send them some info. I found out I had been paying 30 a month for 5 months. I could have swore I cancelled, but who knows, however the customer service was poor and their refund policy is borderline predatory. I highly recommend other options, by 2024 there are quite a few alternatives that I would check out first.

I bought the Storyteller plan because I needed to record an audio track and had issues with my audio quality when I was using Audacity. The audio quality editing tools in Podcastle are super easy to use and the quality was dramatically improved. I then upgraded to the Pro plan because I wanted to try using the AI voice to mimic my own voice. The voice sounded exactly like me! The process of creating it was super easy, I just had to read out about 70 sentences. However the AI track turned out not to be suitable for what I wanted, as it didn't have my personality, so I requested a refund of the upgraded portion. This was handled rapidly and courteously. I will consider getting the upgrade in the future when my needs change and for now am really glad to be using the Storyteller plan for the audio quality. This was my first venture into AI for audio and I'm really pleased with the customer service I got from Podcastle, which is to me the most important feature.

I've been podcasting for more than three years, using separate elements/software to pull my show together, but the power of this platform allows me to create my whole production in one place, including recording interviews online by having guests click on a link, recording them in excellent audio quality. And editing from transcription? It's an incredible timesaver, one that I've been teaching myself using this software. I am in love with this platform, and astounded at all of the features you get on the free tier, which allows you to explore and learn and try things out. I will definitely subscribe sometime soon. Well done, Podcastle!

Customer service has been a delight! Very responsive and and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to continue my work with them.

Podcastle is an easy to use program BUT it glitches constantly. It is very frustrating when trying to review your work and it makes you very unsure as to whether your work is unreliable or it is just the audio glitching after edits. I love this program, it is very user friendly, however if the glitching issues continue we may have to jump to another program. Also several loading issues- could be a human error though.

As a user of Podcastle.ai, I've had the opportunity to explore its capabilities and features in depth. This platform stands out for its user-friendly interface and impressive AI-powered tools, which simplify the podcast creation process significantly. The AI voices and text editing tools are particularly noteworthy, adding a professional flair to podcasts that can be especially beneficial for beginners or those seeking efficient production methods. The inclusion of royalty-free music and high-quality sound editing tools further enhances the appeal of Podcastle.ai. The ability to record online sessions with multiple participants is a valuable feature for collaborative podcasting endeavors. However, Podcastle.ai currently lacks several features that are available on other platforms, which impacts its overall utility for more advanced podcasting needs. The absence of in-depth analytics and metrics is a significant gap. Detailed insights into listener demographics and behavior are crucial for understanding and growing one's audience, and this missing element is a notable drawback for serious podcasters. The platform also lacks audiogram creation capability, which is vital for promoting podcasts on social media. Additionally, the absence of video podcasting support, live streaming capabilities, more integrated monetization features, advanced collaboration tools for team podcasting, deeper integrations with social media for promotion, customizable RSS feeds, and dedicated hosting services with unlimited storage and bandwidth are areas where Podcastle.ai could improve. Given these considerations, deciding between a three-star and a four-star rating is challenging. For those prioritizing ease of use and AI enhancements in podcast creation, Podcastle.ai might deserve four stars. However, for podcasters who need more comprehensive features like advanced analytics, promotional tools, and extensive collaboration and hosting services, a three-star rating could be more appropriate. I hope to see Podcastle.ai evolve in the future, incorporating these missing features to offer a more rounded and versatile podcasting solution.

I’ve had such a great experience with the customer service here. I had questions about the platform prior to deciding to make the switch from my existing host. They were prompt and thorough in answering me. What they offer is wonderful and will work for most anyone, but for my needs after using the platform for a few weeks, it’s lacking in a couple important areas for me. I still stand by my review because it will work for almost everyone’s needs. I just need more from certain areas. They’ll get there though.
