Working with Asura Hosting has been a rewarding experience. Their support team is incredible, patient, dedicated, and very understanding, even with payment delays as long as communication is clear. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the lack of live chat support, which makes it harder to handle urgent situations and client pressure. In our field, quick responses are essential. Overall, great service, well done! I look forward to seeing live chat support and more servers worldwide.

The uptime is 100% to be honest, I have been hosting my web projects for more than 3 years here and the uptime and customer support is amazing. Highly recommended!

I am happy with Asura and their services, however sometimes solution takes time . I am reseller with many accounts and sometimes our nameservers have security problems and clients stop receiving emails. I would like Asura to beef up nameservers security especially for reseller accounts so that we do not have future disconnections.

I requested a refund after quickly realising their services were not what I was expecting. Although they have a moneyback promise, my emails have been ignored yet I'm still receiving emails for an unpaid invoice (even though I cancelled their services.) I have emailed and not got a response. Waste of money.

I have been asura hosting customer a long time, never had any problems with them. They were always helpful, fast to respond and go above & beyond, just now they helped me a lot when I was trouble with bank switching... It's hard to find such reliable partner these days. I have recommended Asura to 6 of me programers and resellers collages and fast that all 6 and me still use asura hosting speaking for itself
