I was looking for a better hosting partner for a long time and I have more then 100+ websites of my customers where I take care of the hosting services etc. After looking around on the internet for a while, I found Asurahosting where I tried a Reseller Hosting Package for 1 month. After the first month, I decided to go on with a Reseller 4 and since day one, I am so happy that the support is very fast and that the guys that run this company really care about their customers. The friendly guys that answer your tickets fast and help you out in case of need. Every company should be as friendly as AsuraHosting against their customers. I can recommend everyone to work with AsuraHosting because they deserve it. Only thing what I am missing is a live chat, but that would cost a lot of time ofcourse and everything would be more expensive. So I am still happy with the fast ticket support. But maybe it's an idea to offer a Live Support for a certain extra price? Thank you guys!

I initally signed up for a dev server for my domains before moving them to my production host. I quickly realised that they are AMAZEBALLS!!! I dont like migration services as I like to control moving accounts from one location to another and these guys are brilliant. I have been with them for a week now and I have logged multiple tickets asking questions and they get back to me very quickly. They also answer my questions fully and detailed. I am based in the UK and thought that the server being in Luxembourg would casue my sites to slow down but in fact they have sped up. Awesome!

I found them looking for a cheap place to host, primarily a sandbox. Then after a while realized that the service is ROCK SOLID. After a year I moved all my accounts to them. They blow away Hostgator and the others. And, most importantly, there are no restrictions on cPanel, you want to edit your PHP settings, you want unlimited SSL, domains, email? You get it all. The only issue is that their IP address pools is some what black listed for email as bad customers spam and then the IPs get blocked. Too bad, as those people only make it bad for the rest of us. But Asura has always swapped out the hosting IP if I ran into problems. These guys are great. 5 STARS.

I had a tricky problem with transfering domain from godaddy to asurahosting, their cm support with Mike as my contact was there through whole process, being really fast and efficient. Thank you Mike and best regards!

we are writing an update to my previous review about Asura Hosting's ineffective response to copyright infringement. we're pleased to say that the problem has now been resolved, and Asura Hosting has done an excellent job resolving the matter. we want to give credit where credit is due, and we have to say that their customer service is excellent. Our operator, Mike, was a nice guy and a very good customer service operator. It was mainly thanks to him that we can finally be reassured that our work won't get infringed anymore. Mike went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved promptly, and we are grateful for his efforts. Overall, we are impressed with Asura Hosting's customer service and their ability to resolve the matter. While we initially had concerns about their response to the issue, they have proven themselves to be a reliable hosting provider with excellent customer service. we would recommend them to anyone looking for hosting services.
