Amazing experience so far! I had another web server at another host which went offline, so I had to migrate quickly. Mike helped me migrate and continued to provide helpful answers. The only thing that could be better is the Support Response Time, it's stated as 27 minutes on the website... That's definitely wrong, sometimes it took up to 12 hours. Other times around an hour our so. Could be a little better, but it's alright for the price. They could maybe offer an addon for faster support, and maybe offer live chat support.

I have been with lots of web hosting providers, all claiming to be cheap, reliable and "the best". In my personal experience, Asura Hosting is the ONLY company that live up to their claims. I have been a customer with them for more than a year, and have no issues whatsoever with them. Support is always friendly, quick and helpful. The service is amazing, so much so that I even trust them to provide the services for my new, own web hosting business. If you're not with Asura, you're missing out. Long time searched before deciding to change from hosting service. Always a little bit scared to take these decissions. I can garantuee now, this company is the best worldwide. Service who I have seen never better than you can imagine, even Mike is installing some scripts as a service, meanwhile it isn't even his job or responsability. This is an amazing hosting provider! I bought their Reseller 4 plan which was a great deal. They helped me with some issues with WHMCS and DirectAdmin being integrated and fixed them. They have very speedy support replies and respond in ~20 minutes. Mike helped me with the issues and he did a great job. I am pleased with the support and service.

It works. My experience is 5 months, all Ok. Emails receives and sends using php mail() function. Many subdomains works okay, space limits works too. I don't trust in "unlimited" disk volume, then, always set limits for domains. And, that hosting has a limit of DB's: ONE
