What an amazing company, I just wanted to say thank you to Mike and the whole team for making our experience so awesome. I have basically been an impossible customer and they have put up with me and more than that solved every single issue and problem no matter how big or small it was and they have taken it seriously and acted with commendable speed. Asurs Hosting, well done and you have earned a customer for a long time. Kind Regards

I'm an amateur at web creation. I transferred my old website to Asura Hosting because it was so much more affordable than the old host. Since I'm not especially skilled with the tech stuff, I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of hand holding. Especially getting my FTP client to marry up with my new host. The representative who helped me was named Mike. He was amazing! He was competent, extremely patient and had a great eye for details that I missed. A typo in one tiny area missed me completely and he caught it super fast. He pointed it out to me with kindness and consideration. My site is uploading beautifully now. What impressed me the most was Mike's patience with my issues and true professionalism. It would have been very easy to become frustrated with meeting my needs and answering my ongoing questions. Mike was unfailingly polite and supportive. Mind blown! Switching to Asura Hosting saved me money and brought me better service than the more expensive host I had been using. I firmly recommend Asura Hosting. They really meet their client's needs.

I 100% recommend using asura, great support team, and reliable servers

This is the best hosting service I have used. The customer care is superb. The technical experience of their support, server speed and uptime is second to none. They are very understanding and keep to details. I am so impressed coming across this hosting platform.

We had a problem at the start but it was quickly resolved and taken seriously. For the professionalism in solving our recent problem. We've decided to give them an excellent rating because you'll never get better service after a problem has been solved. They are very conaisseur and when there is a problem they are there to help the customer so that he is 100% satisfied.
