Hi My experiece with Asura Hosting is Fabulous. Asura Hosting have a team of extremely well qualified support staffs who can fix any type of issues that fall unders hosting or websites. we can host our website anywhere but if the hosting company support team is not great and if they talk always technical and throws responsibilities on customers , then there is no point. ths is where Asura hosting support team stands the top of the world they will fix any issues under the world of hosting and they reply back with their tickets which is " your issue has been resolved " KUDOS Guys !!!!

Am a software developer and web designer who have built my company on the resources of Asura hosting. they are more than friendly about their prices and the quality support they provide. I do not regret the day i found the company in the searches that, despite the fact that i face challenges in my career, they have never neglected my request and here in Uganda, am among the person who has innovated youths in the technology because of Asura. Where has Asura Hosting been all my life? I thank God for the day i did that Google search looking for the most affordable web hosting with unlimited inodes, then Asura hosting popped up. I have been on Asura Hosting for over 3 months now and i have moved 50 websites there. I have some on Reseller hosting and some on standalone hosting. The affordability and excellent support is shocking. You can't get their kind of price and service anywhere elso. Mike and his team have given me a world class and quick support at all times. I feel at home already. I am just sad i didn't discover Asura hosting earlier in my web design career. Thanks guys, i love you so much

Top-tier hosting, by far the best hosting company I have been with. They truly go above-and-beyond for their users, I have never seen a hosting company try this hard to help their users out. I had a couple issues that I caused with my Wordpress site (Installed a plugin that made things go haywire), they were quick to fix and explain what happened on top of it so I don't do it again. The cost is also phenomenal, no renewal hikes and the alike. Its now my 4th year being with them, and the same price I paid 4 years ago is the price I am paying to this day. Thank you Asura!

I would avoid this company at all costs. I only joined them less than 2 months ago and I have left already. Continuous issues with support staff not reading what you've put on your ticket. Example being I put in a ticket to advise about CPanel itsself going to a cloudflare error page due to the server running slow constantly and most likely timing out.. The response I got was "Your cPanel login page?" What other CPanel page would I be talking about. Backups they advise run daily if you're on the top package... however be careful - the daily backups are held for 2 days (which is next to useful to no-one) and the weekly backups are held for 2 weeks. So 2 instances of each are held. This wasn't documented clearly anywhere before I signed up. I'm now trying to get a refund from them for leaving half way through the month plus the £3.00 in my account. Personally I would avoid - I won't be back.

I made th choice to go from godaddy to Asura Hosting and I definitly feel as if I made the right choice! They are super fast and reliable! Their staff are incredible! Always happy to help and even helped m settle on which stylee of hosting would be best for me to help save those pennies! They have super fast load and response times and I couldn't be happier! Definitly worth checking out if you are looking for a reliable host :) I also hav a reseller account and the amount of extra's you get for the price you pay is astounding! Give them a go, no obligation and I promise you wont be disappointed!
