I purchased Asura Hosting reseller 3 and my emails started going to spam the very first day. Going to third month now, it has not been resolved. The plan promised a dedicated IP but they gave me a shared IP, which they termed a premium IP.

The service is TOO GOOD. It blows my mind how this service is that good and that cheap. I have years using it and any problem that I had was solved very quickly by customer support. I highly recommend this company, it is veeery easy to setup and 0 unsolved issues with websites, bots, etc.

They use cracked cPanel licenses. I purchased a reseller hosting package with WHM/cPanel from them and entered the host IP in the cPanel website's license verification section. I was surprised to see that the IP and server were not verified on the main cPanel website. This led me to discover that they are using a cracked license on their own servers . Be cautious—your data and that of your customers could be at risk. Let’s analyze the situation logically. The license for 30 cPanel accounts, which cPanel sells to its partners, costs $25.00. The reseller offers 35 cPanel accounts for $19.99. When considering the costs of Litespeed Enterprise, Imunify360, and JetBackup web servers, it becomes evident that they are using cracked licenses, which poses a significant risk to your data and your customers. I didn’t think rationally before purchasing the reseller package from this company because the prices seemed very appealing. However, I later realized that I had made a serious mistake. After reporting this issue, Mr. Mike responded with rudeness and extreme anger, and he closed the ticket without allowing me to reopen it. I have reported their abuse to cPanel and WHMCS, both of which are subsidiaries of WebPros.

I have, don't know how many times I've created a ticket. There is a fault with your system and your incompetence. I have realized now that the owner wants to provide minimal service and have maximum profit. I wrote to you, return my remaining money and I will change hosting. You simply disgusting. Please forward this answer to the owner so he can see that I will not give up. Damn you got my side.

No security on the reseller plans Hackers will come in the whm change users email, change root password, edit files etc. On Asura website they put Free Backups but when you need it they say no Backups They can reply on seeing your message then take a whole day to actually provide info on your real question. If you are fooled by all these Great reviews here... I'm sorry for you later on... Reviews like mine requires new customers to make informed decisions. I have left them for Good. Horrible experience... They're not capable of running secure hosting. Infact the whole reason for not giving root access it's so that it can be secured... Imagine adding 2fa on the WHM and hackers are still toying with my business... to crown it all Asura cannot run secure hosting very funny... Not to mention several downtimes... Really disappointed... * STAY AWAY FROM ASURA HOSTING * --- My reply after their reply --- They claimed I installed wordpress, the main account linking the WHM has no site installed in it, just an empty account to serve as nameserver. so they claimed it was caused by wordpress, I don't even use wordpress in my services. pathetic reply, after I have moved my service elsewhere they began replying ticket asking what they could do funny people. I wish I could upload screenshot of the terrible service. an account that the root access is with them, and I set up 2fa, yet hackers are playing inside the WHM. I wish I never became a customer, I followed all the fake reviews here in the first place. If anyone notice those great reviews are first time Trustpilot users. Scam company... I can share more proof of their incompetence If I can attached screenshots here.

At this point, I have been a customer for only a few months. I had moved from a provider that had just increased their prices three-fold. Have to admit that I was a bit skeptical with the Asura Hosting pricing model (too good to be true were the thoughts going through my mind), however the overall experience so far has been excellent. Mike worked with me to move EVERYTHING from my old hosting provider to my new Asura server (even some things I had not considered as part of the moving process), and then worked with me to get all the little "bugs" that crop up following such a move (even going to the point of logging in and making changes to my Wordpress back end to make the site work best on the Asura server). I was with my previous hosting provider for over 16 years (until they hiked their prices beyond reason), and if the recent experience I have had with Asura Hosting continues to be this good, I can easily see another 16 years here.

Always somewhat fast to respond, answers are also detailed and they really go out of their way to try help you even if its nothing to do with the hosting plan itself.
