I have used Many hosting services. Everyone keep customer data intact even one month after the customer leave the service or late to payment. Asurahosting don't keep daily backup. they delete the service just after one hour of payment late. once they deleted and i lost 1 month data. because they said they have only data one month ago. Now again they deleted the server! because i have paud 30 minutes late. and they are restoring the server for 30 hours... Worst service I have ever seen. They don't know what loss they have done to my business.

They are big cheater. I paid them $25 via crypto. Money deducted from my wallet. I sent them screenshot as well. But no response from them. 4 yrs back I took reseller pack from them and fed up with their bad services. This time i thought to give them a chance. They are still same. Fxxcking Asura Host

I've had these guys, possibly girls too since 2019. Only a couple of times (2), the support has been unsufficient or problematic. They've many times gone up and above to help me fix all kinds of problems. To know about a service with Cpanel or DirectAdmin: -You need basic knowledge of running a website where you yourself fix common issues. I've tried 20+ hosts before I landed with AsuraHosting. And if you're looking for value for money spent (as long as you understand what you buy), this company is a gem, and I'm the kind of person who doesn't attach, don't care for emotional drama. If I'm treated wrongly - I walk! But with AsuraHosting, I'm on the end of my sixth year, still not leaving!

I have been with this company for a few years & utilize their web hosting and radio streaming services. Their products and services do exactly as advertised for a terrific price point. Why do I give them 5 stars ? Over the years I've had issues, brought on by user error, and their support never fails. Prompt, professional & friendly customer service is important to my company & ASURA HOSTING never disappoints. I have had experience with many other companies providing similar products & services and by far, this is one of the best in the business.

They have honest pricing and really no hidden fees/etc. Service being really good is just a bonus. Keep it up.

They will take your money and not do anything. Support is non existent and only sends the same set of generic replies to your query regardless of what you say. This is clearly a scam operation that does not offer any hosting service. The good reviews here are fake.

Helped me do an installation of moodle in my hosting account and guided me through the way. Great service!
