Terrible Hosting – Lost All My Websites & Business I have had the worst experience with Asura Hosting. All my WordPress websites were completely wiped and even hacked under their hosting. It has been 10+ days with no proper resolution, and during this time my clients have been furious, my reputation has been damaged, and I have lost business. Instead of reliable hosting, I have had to deal with downtime, poor communication, and zero accountability. As a business owner, I trusted Asura Hosting to provide secure, dependable service. That trust has been completely broken. If you value your business and clients, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

The representative I worked with (Ajin) was really efficient and went to lengths to get my issue resolved.

Got my reseller account migrated over from another provider, very quick and kept me informed throughout the process. This was a couple of months ago, just thought I would wait out to test the service before giving my opinion here. All I can say is they are legit, very well ran company that will go out their way to help you out.

Please pay attention to my ticket. I don't use the hosting, it's sitting there empty because I can't manage it, that's why I need a refund. Thanks.

Very quick to help me out, was really struggling on setting up my WP site. They went well beyond there duty to help me out and get me going. Site is fast and working as I always wanted it too now :-)

I am using reseller hosting from two providers, and one of them is Asura. When I first purchased their service, the quality was satisfactory. However, over time, the service has become very poor. Support tickets - especially high-priority ones - sometimes take nearly three days to get a reply. Before purchasing, I confirmed with them about the amount of RAM allocated per cPanel account. Today, I requested an increase in RAM. They claimed to have done it, but the change is not reflected in cPanel, and resources are still insufficient for running WordPress smoothly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service to anyone.

D8 shared hosting server has a ban from sending Emails to Hotmail servers. nobody on the server can send emails to a Hotmail account. Support at first tried to say it was my IP despite me sending them a screenshot clearly showing the IP address for the whole D8 server. I asked them to notify everyone using the server. But no notification has been sent. This is abysmal service. All they need to do is find the account that's sending all the spam and re assign a new IP to the server. But they have instead applied to have the IP removed which takes days. So currently no one using the server can email Hotmail customers.
