I'm still needing more help with knowing - 5G T-Mobile - When will it be & it's already in this area? For I keep on thinking that sense T-Mobile already has it, then Assurance Wireless is needing it too! For I'm needing more speed & still needing an stronger signal strength! It seems that I'm experiencing poorly reception & speed's in this area! & Bad to poor sound quality! Wiko's microphone needs great improvements to be done to it! For every time I speak to Google it keeps changing my words all around and getting it always all so wrong & even speaking to the keypad and using the keypad it's not so good for the touch screen always needs recalibrating!? … Now that's just with this hear Wiko! Also, camera needs more zoom to it, for I just can't zoom out like I was able to g do so before hand with the other Sprint cell phone … I use to be able to zoom in & out & now it's 2.0max only! What to do is, I'm needing an another one with more zoom to it & an much more better microphone in it & an powerful antenna! For the touch screen & speakerphone & ear piece has bad to poor sound quality!? … The ear piece is to low & to Basey Basie?! … Most phone calls can't even understand me when I talk and can't heal me too good when I talk or not even at all!? … Poor sound quality on the speakerphone using the microphone too! So much more needed enhancements & improvements are indefinitely needed!! … Amen …

I have no data. no internet. 5 calls no help ,endless loop to sprint , t mobile and back. been like this for months, I'm your customer who left, so don't advertise to get me back,

You get what you don't pay for. But seriously since I have enrolled all I get are scam calls. Hotels, credit cards and electric calls from those Indians jerks. Called to complain and was told to download some app! An app that you have to pay for in order to block scam calls. Like come on Assurance! If it wasn't for the constant calls I'd give a better review. As for the mobile part... Way better than Boost Mobile or the other free phone service.

We have had the same phone since the start. It's small and compact, no spam, no fraud, great service. Has always worked great for us. Customer service Reps are awesome. NO waiting, always polite and professional. I recommend Assurance Wireless. 10 years with the same phone without a problem one. Doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Assurance Wireless. One star is being way too generous, from the garbage phones to the barely litterate staff to the long waits for service, there is no worse service I've ever experienced with any company. DO NOT USE ASSURANCE FOR ANY REASON.

I have had good experiences with Assurance Wireless. I know most of the phones suck but I was offered a new phone for 6 dollars and got it. It was a coolpad phone. It's one of the best phones I've had since I had this service. I recommend getting the coolpad. There is 2 bad things tho,I had applied money to my account and it disappears,not once but twice. My data keeps disappearing too and they think I'm using it all but I know I'm not because I'm on wi-fi most of the time. All in all I'm happy tho.

I have a cell phone from assurance so I would be able to make calls and receive calls and texts . It doesn't work, I have called and they tell me all this stuff to do and to wait 5 to 7 business days for the so called towers to be switched? Well its been over that time frame and still to calling. I can't get important texts and phone calls from work. And I checked the coverage map and I am right in the blue area, but still can't make or receive calls or texts. Very disappointed with the phone. And no one can help me!!!!!!!!

Assurance Wireless is now starting to purposely rip people off. They tell you that you are out of time or data so that you will add money to your account when, if you check your phone, they are clearly lying.
