These phone companies claim they have offices in the U. S. but it sounds like all of the women are from Thailand or the Philippines. While the men have thick middle eastern accents. I personally do not care where a person is from but it becomes a problem when they can barely understand your native language. I constantly had to repeat myself over and over. I even had to call back a few times due to them losing reception and the same woman kept picking up the entire time. It was a horrible experience. My only way of leaving that company were to sign up with a different provider.

Got new phone, T-Mobile, because Ass. insisted on it. Can't activate online, that doesn't work. Can't call customer service coz phone's not activated. Tried online chat but for customer service there I have to give you my card info and pay a dollar. I am not paying you anything and not giving you my card info, didn't have to for my first phone as I recall. I am not paying for customer service, that is offensive. So now I have a phone I can't use, thanks for nothing. I'm sure it would be too much to fix your online activation site, how silly. What would an old disabled discard need a phone for anyway? You're useless, just another govt. grift.

The phones? will work but are not too reliable. it's free so ?[IS IT REALLY FREE?] I do think it's preloaded w malware, spyware, and? doesn't take a standard USB so don't lose the one that came in the box or you won't be able to recharge. the camera is halfway decent. Get help live w customer service? good luck!

Here's part 2 of my review. As stated earlier, 4 calls to get return label. Thought they managed that task FINALLY, HA HA. NOPE return label according to FedEx; return Info doesn't exist.

Awful! I’ve been without a phone now for weeks- horrible service- lazy people. They just push you off To anyone else they can- extremely frustrated!!! Impossible to port my number to another service provider- This is a company who truly does not care!

Let's just say you would be better off with 2 strings and a cup.....dropped calls,late texts (if they ever even arrive), no service at least 20 mins per hour, totally filled with malware and ads, battery is a fkin joke. Only thing positive I can say is the model phone I received is built like a little tank- I once dropped it accidentally over the railing of an overpass while I was walking....the little loser was still loading whatever I googled at time of drop. I regularly throw the phone out of sheer frustration and still doesn't have a scratch! Funniest thing bout this whole situation is that it's supposed to be a "safe link".... is so a person who can't afford a real phone can communicate in an emergency! Lmfao....u better hope u don't need this phone in a real crisis...you'll b dead by the time u get ahold of 911....... Its free, so I really can't complain,,right?at this point I wouldbPAY THEM to take this phone and chuck it into an incinerator.

So pre-filled with malware that my phone won't function properly. Every setting is set to detect and upload personal data, even Bluetooth. Since Covid, the new phones are loaded with impossible to remove surveillance tech, from Amazon Shopping tracking location at all times to the new Facebook Framework in the hidden settings mining personal data, even if you don't have an account. There is no way to opt out of any of this without disabling the phone's basic function and some cannot be disabled. My phone is always out of battery and there is no security on my WI-FI hotspot and it is hacked whenever I try to use it, my password disappearing and security settings changing. ALL my phone's settings change, even when not connected to WI-FI or mobile data. I hate this phone.

Horrible customer service. Can't unlock password of account. All in Philippines, poor english
