1 star is 1 star to many sending phones that are hacked by communist terrorists and being allowed to be in business is something I don't get. Not to mention you got to wait and I'm still waiting. Don't personally see how the us government is protesting me whatsoever.

So, you think you have gotten bad customer service in the past? Well, let me tell you, those guys were amatuers compared to Assurance Wirless. If you think there is no amount of bad service that could reduce you to a screaming maniac foaming at the mouth and threatening murder, you need to check these guys out for sure. They enjoy repeating what your calling about back to you and getting it 100% backwards no matter how many times you repeat it. "You want your phone turned off? I understand and can do that for you." "No, on! I want it turned ON. O-N. ON!" "For clarification, you want your phone turned off, correct?" They live to make you crazy with rage, because they've given you a fake name and can just invent a department to transfer you to and then just hang up. Ten minutes on the phone with them and it takes literally all day to calm down.

If you want any kind of service DONT GET ASSURANCE WIRELESS. I signed up in March 2022 . I was given the unlimited plan free an lifetime . Well as of today i have yet to receive any of the benefits . I have called the number an been told I used all my data no internet . I have spoke to several individuals at the call center I'm sure an everyone says the same thing you didnt do this or you didnt do that so let me help you since I cant get on line there had been 3 females that did my application over the phone verbally an tell me ok your unlimited will be 24 hrs. I been waiting since the end of July for the 24 hrs today the account manager says its gonna be 5 to 10 days . So dont get assurance wireless if you need a phone or internet . There is a failure to communicate in the center no one knows anything from one minute to the next I give the a GREAT BIG NEGATIVE ZERO.

After two weeks of incorrect, bad or just plain false statements by many, many customer care reps, ACP agents and supervisors, I am giving up... If any actual reps from this company READ these reviews, GO LISTEN to the more than 23 phone conversations, all recorded that I went through and all the BS I was told all along the way. No one takes notes or keeps a record of what previously was gone over so if the phone call drops or the survey boots you into outer space, you have to start all over again. 10 ACP agents, 6 supervisors, 20 agents, excuses, stalling, completely false statements, ending in absolutely no help!!!! And don't even get me started on the stupid survey attached to the "hold" button that disconnects the call each and every time you are placed on hold.. Not one ounce of truth or help throughout two weeks of constant communication only to end up stalled out again. I would rather rip all my hair out then ever call this company again. So very wrong to do to a four year customer..shame on you for promising me things that were completely FALSE..

Customer service is abysmal. If I wanted to be abused by passive aggressive people, I'd get married.

My problem..my phone is off. Ive been told twice i have unlimited minutes but that seems to be only tex. I called a friend and was diverted to them saying i need to pay for more minutes. I spoke to a human in less then 6 minutes. I was told my minutes would be refilled before noon. Its 11:22 am here now. Il add to or edit this tex at noon.

I was helping an elderly gentleman get a replacement phone because his no longer worked. An employee named Elijah helped us on the phone on September 1, gave us a reference #, told us the new phone would be mailed in 3-8 days.
