The service has been very good and the products I purchase DCL are a staple in my cosmetic cabinet. However, I never know when the best coupon is available and I usually have to fish around or wait until I feet the best one is available. I do this because the items I like have gone up in price substantially over the years. I would continue to buy my products from ask.derm in the future.

I like Ask Derm - you offer great products and products arrive in great condition and often very fast. I'd use Ask Derm exclusively if you offered more product lines. I do enjoy your discounts - particularly because you aren't constantly having a sale. Some sites have discounts so frequently, I would never buy anything at full price from them.
