It's okay
I’m not sure if this is because on sale or what. There should be a rounded clear sticker attached on the edge of the box. However the sticker on my box was broken and a new one was attached on it. Apparently the box was opened and repacked for some reason… I don’t know why and I am not feeling comfortable with this.

fake picture--late delivery
I ordered on December 7, was told item in stock, will receive in 3 days. 4 days later get email saying item delayed, will be received in 3 days for sure. 4 cays later, another email that item is delayed--will ship on the 16th and be their by 18th--3 day priority mail. Item finally arrived 6 days later on Saturday the 21st. When it arrived, the cute little free sample bag shown on website with purchase, was 2 little paper packets--nothing at all like the pictured sample bag. I received no explanation or apology from the company. Incredibly disappointed, and will not order from again.

There was an added delay due to the winter storm in the North East, and we are glad that your order finally arrived safely. I am sorry that the sample pack was not what you were expecting. All the stuff that I ordered were all great and my skin was smooth now not like before , I used different lotion just to help my skin but it doesn`t help at all still so extremely dry and flaky.
I did recommend the lotion that I ordered here to my friend coz here skin is dry too , soo she said that she will order too . I showed her my face and my skin that she saw it before that it`s dry and when I used the cream and lotion for my face it worked well.

I am sorry for the delay in the shipment of your back ordered item. Occasionally some products are out of stock and back ordered from the manufacturer and is noted online as well as email notifications sent updating you on the status of your order. I see that your order qualified for a FREE Sample Pack - did you receive this?

Askderm never provided me with a tracking number.
I was never given a tracking number for my item. My item arrived 4 days later than askderm's expected arrival date, so I was worried that I would never get my item especially since I didn't have a tracking number. I was also supposed to receive one more sample in the mail but askderm failed to send it to me. The only reason I purchased from them was because they were having a pretty good deal on Cyber Monday. I most likely will not make any future purchases from askderm.

We are sorry for the trouble you have had with receiving our correspondence. Now that Gmail has a promotions folder, our emails are being filtered there or in the spam folder. Did you check to see if they may have been filtered into one of these folders? Tracking is assigned as soon as your order ships and is emailed.
