I have ordered from Askderm.com many times over the past few years, and I have never, ever, not even once, ever had any issues with the ordering process or any of the products that I have ordered. Once again, I ordered what I needed and the shipment arrived very quickly. It is always packaged very nicely, with each item wrapped in paper, and the free samples nicely placed in a mesh bag. Maybe it was detained in the customs of Spain. But there is nobody inform me to go there to take them or pay for the customs duties. I don't know what happened!!!
