These products are amazing as my order was delivered within 3 - 4 days and I have seen a massive difference in my skin in just a few days of use.. My pores are no longer visible, my skin feels smoother and brighter already! I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. I have not given it to her yet, but I am sure she will be happy with it. The company was great, shipped quickly, no surprises and it appears to be a real Mia, not counterfeit. We will know for sure when she registers it.

I ordered products from AskDerm- Two of the products (one for a family member) were for FACIAL exfoliating (same product) When they arrived the packaging stated that they are BODY exfoliators. I called Customer Service and spoke to Karen. She was very nice and got the product and apologized profusedly for the wrong description online. She then proceeded to tell me that she would refund the products and send me a shipping slip for UPS. I asked her if she could send a US mail slip so I dont have to drive to UPS to return THEIR mistake. She said she will have her supervisor call me. That was days ago and I have not received a mailing label or a phone call. Great company...I am going to stop payment for all of the items I received.
