My elderly aunt used your service when trying to reach her phone service provider whilst abroad. Not realising this is a pay service (she though she was chatting with the phone service provider). The service didn't tell her anything we couldn't have googled. She used my bank card. i have been debited in euros in May 1euro , 45euro and another 45euro just now end of June. I have not authorised this. This is a very misleading service and almost seems designed to confuse the unsavvy when claiming to be there to help the less computer literate.

Excellent service they answered the phone right away and gave me the phone number I needed . I don’t like tonnage to pay for this unless I’m aware in advance by the company I first called .
