I am being billed for a service I don't want. I want to cancel it. The experts are no help. I have paid $55 for nothing, and now am being charged another $55 this month. I think this is a scam. All I want to do is to get to the billing department to remove my name and credit card.

Robert was very kind and understood my worry. He's very patient in explaining everything and even asked for pictures of my washer so he could better figure out what was going on and help me. We are on the last step to be sure that the problem is fixed (it takes a bit for it to finish the spin cycle that I was having trouble with) and he said I can reach back out to him if it doesn't finish that step. I am so very grateful for his help, expertise and patience. Thank you so much Robert.

Not subscribed but billed for two consecutive months June $47.00 and July $46.00. Believe I was hacked and billed while reaching out online to Apple Support. Bank involved in invedtigation. FRAUD!!!!!

He made me very comfortable Im 72 years young and never had confered with an attorney. so im going to take his advice and see what happens..
