I was told I would have a $5.00 fee but…
I was told I would have a $5.00 fee but was charged $70.00 on my Credit Card for a monthly membership fee..Very misleading and shady!

Do NOT use this company unless you want to get ripped off!
Was advised 7/20/26 thatit would cost $5 for assistance. It took less than 5 minutes to help me, but my credit card was charged $70!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to get ripped off!!

Matthew did his research and not only…
Matthew did his research and not only found the part we needed but provided us with a YouTube video to help us with the installation. He was kind, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He spoke English and we could understand him. After buying the recommended part, it was not what I needed. I was also charged $65.00 for a "membership fee" along with the $5.00 to ask a question. When I called to question the charges, I was told,someone told you about it. They mention $5.00 for the question but NOT the $65.00 membership fee. BEWARE!!!!!

I'm dismayed I had to pay $5 for…
I'm dismayed I had to pay $5 for something that if I had a Users Guide would have told me to do. I'm 84 years old. We used to get Users Guides for appliances but no more. Now we have to pay to find out something as simple as "open the door and hold the 4 hr delay for 5 sconds"! It worked but I'm, disappointed in Whirlpool.

I don’t like texting important matters
I don’t like texting important matters. Everyone was good, but I could not understand why at the end what I was asking for couldn’t be done because legality. I took over 45 mins. and a 3 person to say he legally could send or call or text because of the legal ramifications. Thank you for your time.
