He was the soul of courtesy, patience, and honesty with me. He fixed my problems incredibly quickly. I could never "thank" him enough to helping get my computer clean

The expert who helped me was exceptional. I have a new phone with a number of useful features. I struggle with electronics and the terminology. He understands what I am trying to tell him, and he can explain both the problem I am trying to fix and how to solve it. Very few tech people can do that, especially for an 80 year old embarrassed person! Hats off to Him! He kept me happy that I had bought the phone because I could use an important benefit of the new phone and zI no longer want to throw it across the room.
