Askanexpertonline.comReviews of askanexpertonline.com

My expert quickly helped me get to the heart of the matter and just as quickly adjusted to my level of experience. His recommendations and instructions were spot on and easy to understand. I am truly impressed. Speaking of impressed, the AI that guided me to my expert was pretty amazing as well. It seemed to actually understand my situation which was more complicated than a mere FAQ would be able to solve. I'm a fan and will happily recommend this to friends and family.

A few months ago I was on-line with AskAnExpertOnline.com. I signed on to pay a fee of $5. I cannot even remember my question, but after being on hold for a long time I hung up. I had no idea I signed up for a $40 a month fee. I was also charged the $5.00 I never used them. And I never noticed the $40 charges for 4 months. They refunded $40, one month. I've called them and they will not talk to me. How many others paid $40 a month for nothing?

easy to use!

The technician did what I needed: He gave me information that allowed me to contact the manufacturer’s (Canon’s) on-line tech support, which in turn gave me instruction on how to contact their repair center. I sent my product (binoculars) to that repair center. The last test will be to see if it gets repaired satisfactorily in a timely manner and gets returned to me for the repair price quoted, which I can’t report to you yet. Chris Riddle
