Not a fan of A1. However it did transfer me to get the help I needed.

Anthony stayed with me throughout the weekend and did his best. He has determined, It's a corruption within the watch and only the manufacturerr can fix it. However, from the beginning I was expecting a phonecall and that never happened.

Even though hours went by between communication, he kept the chat going so that I could go back in with questions. I really appreciate him and all his help..

The assistance was great, unfortunately the problem still exits. I need to get new ink cartridges to go any further.
