Very pleased with service. Accidentally clicked into Just Answer” thru a pop up. But will probably use their service again. Prep questions from a Bot, but I actually got to speak with a Real Live Human Being!! What a treat! Person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I stayed on line with Chat, told me it would be 4 minutes, chat continued to apologize for the lack no wait. After 30 minutes chat disconnected…… It was 9PM my time. 3-4 hours later I get a text message stating he would be calling me. Of course I was sleeping . He then sent a text stating how to fix the problem.

Rapid response, ability to recognize my problem, offered several suggestions to protect my account information and gave me confidence that the correct strategy was used to block the hackers.

PhilipD understood my issue and responded appropriately.

Very nice fellow on the phone. In the end, it is clear that the situation would require technical help, but he gave me the phone number for the people who could help.
