Well it was nice being able to talk to a dr at home on the phone, but I had a very hard time understanding him because of the accent. I know not his fault. I did get his summary texted to me so I was able to see what he said.

I spoke with Dr. Watters and he was very helpful and most importantly knowledgeable and thorough in relating information back to me in a kind and understandable manner. I would have to give him an "11" out of 10 for his bedside manner, which I don't think normally can be easily conveyed over the phone. Thank for a pleasant and pain free experience!
