Its good and has a good customer service the only problem was that I wanted to try it like they offer $5 to try it and then they charge me $46 without trying so I went to customer service and explain my situation and they credit back.

Terrible experience!! With no advance notification And without any authorization, I was charged an additional $46 for a “membership” I never requested or desired!! I only realized this wholly unauthorized charge had been fraudulently made to my cc, to which I had authorized an earlier $5 charge, by checking my online cc statement. I reported a fraudulent charge bit explained the $5 charge had been authorized.to my card. I next called your cust service #, and after a bit of a “discussion” with a rep, had the charge removed. Would NEVER use or recommend JUST CALL to anyone EVER! That’s not the way for any honest business to try to make money!!

The doctor, a neurologist, I spoke to was marvelous. He listened carefully to what I was describing about my wife's condition, asked appropriate questions, and then took as much time - approx. 10 minutes - as I needed to understand exactly what I needed to do. Speaning to him on the phone was almost like meeting with a skilled doctor in person. I most, most highly commend him.
