Dr Lisa G was able to address my health concerns and then some. She was very thorough in her questioning of my situation and after addressing my main concern she did not hesitate to encourage me to advocate for my own health and to ask my doc flat out for diagnostic and preventative tests relating to menopausal women’s health concerns like a bone density and EKG and MRI bilateral knees when finally getting to see the orthopedic doc.

The doctor actually listened and cared about what was wrong with me.

extremely long wait times in between answering. utterly unhelpful advice, got more details information from, and I hate to say it, chatgpt. I was desperate for help with a dermatology issue that I forked out money for this service and after a bad doctors appointment today where she prescribed me the wrong thing, was dismissive and rude, I signed up to this hoping for a second opinion and receiving AI like responses every 20 mins with no new information or advice.
