The jump from being a transfer
The shift from being a "Looky Lou" or shoper was a little confusing. A fail safe 1-800 # a customer ID would be calming. It saved me 3 hours at a urgent care or all day a the Hospital ED. For $50.00 great

I had a spider bite

Call to Mayo Clinic online for answers about the painn
I went online to the Mayo Clinic website because I had a pain for about 4 days and it was getting worse each morning so wanted find out what was happening and whether it was serious and required seeing my regular doctor. My question was answered promptly to my satisfaction. The condition is treatable and my stress with the pain was eased by the chat with a doctor. The AI assistant was also very helpful is setting the call up expeditiously.
