Do not be fooled by this service
Do not be fooled by this service! I was terrified about a medical condition and signed up and now they will not allow me to cancel my subscription. They are charging me $65 a week!!! Please don’t be fooled! I don’t even know how to get out of this other than canceling my credit card which I’m doing now. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE

Engaged this company in a chat to get a refund
Engaged this company in a chat to get a partial refund of the illegitimate charge to my credit card. As the chat concluded (terminated by the company) was offered a Dr contact FOR AN ADDITIONAL JOINING FEE OF 5$ otherwise I'm at mersy of theit TERMS OF SERVIVE which is about 2000 words of lawyer speak giving this company ALL RIGHT & PROTECTIONS. DON'T GET RIPPED LIKE ME !!!! EDIT: Added, it was NOT my intention to say the service was improper or useless. The service was good, prompt & VERY MUCH WORTH the $5 charge that I gladly paid. BUT the unexpected & hidden follow up charge of $65 was NOT ! I had sought to compromise for a half refund. Well the full refund is appreciated (it took about 1.5 hours of internet pleading/typing). If this company will refuce my refund by half, I will be pleased. Thank you, --ms

Professional telemedicine conversation
Fraudulent scam artists based in San Francisco supposedly. Charged an exorbitant amount for a fraudulent 30 sec telehealth conversation. Only later when going on line after seeing the amount charged did I discover it was a fraudulent company posing as telehealth.

I was supposed to pay $5 for a phone…
I was supposed to pay $5 for a phone conversation with a doctor and when I entered my CC it came up immediately as $70 and WF flagged as a scam attempt and would not release the $70. If this is a legitimate web site then it could be hacked.

BE AWARE, BE VERY AWARE!!
I attempted to gain information about a toe pain issue. After “chatting” with a PA, I was told to pay $2.00 and a Chief Resident in Podiatry at NYU would call me. I entered credit card information; was told it could not be processed and to enter a different credit card which I did. Again I was informed that it could not be processed. I then left the web-site and checked with my credit card companies; both of which had claims for $67.00. from em.JustAnswer.com. BE AWARE, BE VERY AWARE!!! In the response from Julie at Just Answer, she states that no charges were processed and no membership was created. That is because I contacted my credit card companies to deny the charges. As a retired physician, I would hesitate to use this site based on this experience.

I finished the intake with the AI, was given a form to fill out and pay $2.00. The form was blank greyscale. I never go a phone call back. I paid $65 per month and got nothing.

I was asking for advice. I asked how much I was quoted five dollars I now see on my account. It posted $45 not five is this a bait switch? I’m going to report this to the Better Business Bureau.
