Absolutely horrible experience here I would only I wouldn't even give one star honestly this site sucks I've been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for a doctor to call me nobody's contacting me I heard nothing they took my money real quick but now I want it back and nobody's getting a hold of me. as of now it's been 4 hours still haven't heard from anybody and have not got a confirmation on me requesting my refund this company was really quick to take my money with no results initially it was a bot text answered all the questions with absolute certainty and very articulate in my needs. I was told that a doctor would call me back I even got a text message from somebody saying that they would be calling me then I got a text from somebody who said they were a doctor which I did not request I wanted a phone call my issue is a little more severe than I believe the text would be able to handle still we're 4 hours 10 minutes later haven't heard from anybody I would not recommend this company to anybody

I wanted teladoc not your company. I would like a refund

All I needed was the number r for an appointment with the Kidney Stone Clinic at Mayo. The process of convoluted and time consuming but the "askadoctor" was patient and ultimately helpful

I was very concerned about my rash. Dr. Li addressed my concerns. I stopped being anxious. She was very nice and compassionate.
