Signup easy, Professional advice excellent
The sign-up process was quick & easy. They connected me to Dr Saleem rather quickly, abd he had already seen the information we had submitted with our medical question. The doctor was polite, professional, knowledgeable, calm and deliberate in asking questions and providing limited medical advice based on the information we provided. I should note this was in the middle of the night when nothing but the emergency room was oprn and we were trying to avoid going that route if we didnt need to. We very much appreciated Dr Saleem and Just Answer being there. It was affordable too. We dont need the monthly subscription so we have canceled that but would not hesitate to call if ever in that situation again.
