Doctors quickness to understand, and the care she put in her responses

I was told that I would receive a call, but didn't. I waited a significant amount of time before being informed that I would be chatting on line. The chat was good but the pauses made it seem a little disjointed. The doctor was clearly sympathetic and provide that she could not examine me, I think the interaction was good.

Dr was kind informative and checked to see I understood her directions

the doctor called me back quickly and after explaining my symptoms he advised me to go to the emergency room which I did. I was admitted and after 3 days of tests they finally figured out my problem was caused by a UTI which wouldn't had been found if I didn't take the suggestion of your doctor.

I initially gave a decent review and now I have to edit my response and add BEWARE. They tell you it’s $5 to get an answer but they charged me $55 to join some membership!! I cancelled the membership and the charge is still pending so I’m waiting to see if the charge doesn’t go through but NOWHERE on their site did I see that I was signing up for a $55 membership!! I’m married to a doctor (who happened to be busy when I needed an answer ASAP and that’s the only reason I spent the $5 to have my question answered. I WILL NOT be charged $55 unexpectedly. The charge has now gone through and the charge says it’s for VETERINARY SERVICES!! I will be disputing this charge. Total scam. I tried to get my money back through the chat and they tried to charge me again! I will bad mouth them to anyone who will listen and will dispute the charge with my credit card company
