It is a good service for medical questions that might be more difficult to answer or just look up online (ai is not always trustworthy) so its nice to get information from someone with a medical experience. I have two complaints, firstly, when you use the service it will say it costs $5 to answer the question you have, so you pay it, but what its actually doing is signing you up for a $45 subscription which is pretty shady and distasteful. My other complaint is the wait to for your question to be answered can be kinda long 10-30+min, so if its medial and an emergency just call a nurse hotline or 911.
