Very quick response from the nurse. Useful conversation. Passed over to doctor who was very helpful, giving me clear information and suggestions to carry me through the night. Encouraged me to visit mh own doctor tomorrow if the pain still persists. 🥰 Unfortunately the day after I saw that $85 NZ had been taken out of my account instead of the $10 ( refundable ) that i was told would be taken out. As well.i have discovered that further funds are to be taken out monthly. At no.point did I sign up for any of this. I have tried to go back and talk to the nurse about this but each time she asks me to fill in a form which says it's loading but I still haven't seen it. Not happy

First doctor was very generic, but second doctor, Dr. Shah was more specific and asked me very good questions. He offered options I have not heard of before and will definitely follow up on these pain management

It was easy for an old man like me to express my self cause when I talk I stumble a round and hard to figure out what i need to say.

I thought I was gonna lose my mind. I am so worried about my best friend, Abby, who I call my "deputy" because she is always by my side, invested in what I'm doing, even if we are watching paint dry. I am beside myself about her test results and I needed some insight. Dr. Barnes "talked me down" with some news that the prognosis may not be all gloom and doom. I needed that to get through.

The ease with which Dr. Winders’ explanation is understood. It is short and to the point.
