Hidden ridiculous fees!!!
They got the dumpster out the pretty quickly. The price was a little high, but I was ok because they had it there when I needed it… The really irritating thing is after I paid, I’d receive other invoices from them. Like pick up fee for additional $75 and then another invoice for something else crazy! They are higher than competitors in the first place then they tag on these outrageous thefty fees!!!

ASAP provides excellent service time…
ASAP provides excellent service time and time again. I've been using there service for special events and haven't had any complaints. I will continue to use them on future events. Thank you..

This Company is terrible
This Company is terrible. It took 10 days to get a dumpster. I had to cancel Movers twice. Even though I had all the paperwork required, on a Friday they would not have the dumpster delivered until MOnday. They are nothing but a phone service and care not at all for the customers. Then insult to injury spent a whole day on hold to get the Dumpster picked up and a final Bill Statement and speak to a Support Agent. Run from these people. Rent directly from the source.

Tracy, The formal order change was documented stating it would take between 1-5 days from the power of attorney for the release of property damage claim. This was returned to us signed Friday when we opened up the office, and the dumpster was delivered Monday 8/30 to your address correction. Monday was the the next available as we are not open on the weekends. Sincerely, Jason T. ASAP Site Services LLC

Pitiful Service
They never delivered the port-a-potty. When they gave me my refund, they kept $40.00 of it. WTH!!!

Phill Hughes, Your order specified that the driver had to call for placement location. We made attempts (which you stated you could not be reached) as well as Mr. Raymond listed as your onsite contact. Our driver had to move on with other deliveries and could not return to the site until Monday. The $40 was the trip charge for the delivery attempt after your cancellation notification Friday afternoon. Sincerely, ASAP Site Services LLC
