The Porta potty was dropped off in front of my fence blocking the entrance to my backyard, where my event took place. I had landscapers and an decorater coming but the entrance was blocked. I had to pay someone to come and move it.

My experience was terrible. I ordered my unit on Saturday, confirmation said it would be delivered Monday (possibility of Tuesday). Wednesday morning I call customer service to ask why unit was not delivered. They advised it would be there no later than Thursday. Friday morning I call again asking why unit is not delivered, they apologize stating they do not know why their contractor did not deliver, so I request them to cancel the order and request a refund. Monday I call again to confirm refund and they state the unit was delivered to wrong location so I was not eligible for a refund!!!! If they could have told me this earlier in the week I would have Tried to locate the unit so it could have been brought to the correct location. Very disappointed $260 were not refunded. Do not recommend.

They say they bill on the 13th of each month and they don't prorate your billing. So I had a portapotty delivered on June 24th and called them on September 20th to have it picked up and was charged until October 13th, even though I returned it in September. So I'm paying for 30 days of use when I only used it 7 days out of the 30 I'm paying for.

Afternoon Patricia, Please see your terms and conditions of your ONLINE order you clicked to the terms and conditions of the order prior to placement. The industry is split to those suppliers who charge per day or like us charge per cycle. Per the billing terms and conditions we invoice on a four (4) weeks or 28 days non-prorated. The price is the same if you use the rental for 1 day or all 28 days of the billing cycle. Your delivery was 6/24 as ordered. Inv-0000224359 from 6/24-7/21. The next billing is INV-0000226266 from 7/22-8/18. Then INV-0000229491 8/19-9/15. Your call on 9/20 ends the rental effective the INV-0000232708 from the period 9/16-10/13 as indicated. We also e-mail you the invoices seven days in advance as a reminder that the billing cycle is coming due to give you that grace period for removal. Sincerely, Jason T.
