The (2) units we rented from you guys were burnt to the ground. We are thinking the homeless people in the area did it. You guys charged our card without authorization when we just needed to do a claim for the insurance that we have on Rentals.

I had to make 10+ phone calls on the day of delivery to actually get the units I had ordered delivered. The same thing happened on pickup day. There was zero communication from ASAP the day before drop off and pickup. Additionally many of their phone numbers simply rang out without being answered.

Update: We called twice with no explanation. However, after leaving this review, Jason quickly called me back with a reasonable, thorough explanation and offered a solution that we found acceptable. We appreciated his quick response. We rented a port a potty for 1 month with a specific pickup date. A few days before the end of the month, we received an email stating that a second month was going to be charged and we had 5 days to submit a cancellation. We did this and received an automated response that it was "being considered". There is nothing to consider. We did not request a second month. They ended up charging for the second month anyway. We have now called them twice to dispute, demand a refund of the second month we did not want, and expect a pickup. The only answer we get is that it is under review.

Do not book here. Don't answer the phone. Paid for rush job and have zero confidence it will happen. Go LOCAL. This is only a broker service. Trying to get my portapotty there today and no one answers customer service in the middle of the day. Wish I had checked here first. AMENDED. They do try. They do have personalized customer service. They did fix a mistake and refunded my rush fee. I was the one in a rush- limited availability in my area. It was easier to book with them than UNITED who took forever to get back to me. So Thank you, ASAP. You do have some really nice folks working customer service. Changed my stars to 3 stars.

At first, I was happy to find this service to empty my RV black/gray water (30-60 gal) available. Also, the first person I spoke with was friendly, accessible, and placed my correct order with ease. However, there was mass confusion on service day: driver was confused despite notes, call operators were not in sync with driver, and service window was way too wide to predict when driver would arrive. Now, I am trying to get service again and no operators are getting orders through and mass confusion again: wrong order, no available days, out of sync communication. And I was charged before service rendered this time. Complete failure to provide simple, easy service—and I need monthly removals.

Took a lot of calls to get the new dumpster delivered … not a customer friendly process !!!

I booked a portable toilet for my wedding. I had it set to be delivered two days before the wedding. It never came. I spent both of the two days prior to the wedding calling trying to get an update on where it was. They could not contact the drivers and could not give me an update, it was extremely frustrating and stressful. Eventually, they did get ahold of me, after the wedding, to confirm I had not received it. After the wedding, they did send me timely responses to any questions I had. My refund took a while to come, but I did receive a full refund for the transaction. It was mostly out of their hands, but it was still an extremely difficult situation to try to navigate through before my wedding.

They don’t do weekly cleaning as offer I have to call every week to come back for the cleaning
