How can you not send the hand sanitizing stations that you charged me for. The equipment drop, arrival time, and set-up where up to par. Everything seemed to be going perfect until the driver began to depart and we realized there was NOTHING available for one to clean their hands with! I'm not sure how anyone during these trying times dealing with an International pandemic could forget to provide a way for people to clean their hands after utilizing a portable restroom.

Great service! Had the property owner ask for the companies Info because this was the first event that the equipment arrived on time and in the morning! As an event planner this was very pleasing I will always business with y’all from here on out!

Order and delivery went seamlessly. Everything was on point and everyone was polite. Pickup was not so smooth. It was delayed by about 6 days which was annoying but there seemed to be a lack of communication or ability to get me an ETA until I got upset. Customer service on the back end was a little shaky. Other then that, it was excellent and I would use them again.

Showed up 24 hours late, the company provided no useful information on the wearabouts of the toilet. the unit was made sure to be picked up bright and early the next morning so that was definitely done on time. The operator had a miserable attitude and the company provided awful customer service.

Horrible experience. I ordered portable toilet for event and it was suppose to be delivered September 3rd. It was a no show, even after talking with customer service and being told they are in route. I would not recommend using service. Thank you

I rented a port a pot for a single weekend day, which required a Friday drop off and Monday pickup because they do not operate on weekend days. Drop off went smoothly - but the company has missed their removal date, and is completely unresponsive about an ETA to do so. This has now been multiple weeks delayed with no resolution in site. Would definitely not recommend for any services given the complete lack of regard for customer support.

The ease of ordering was great! The service is so so. Porta potty was delivered the evening on the 2nd day, instead of early in the day after it was postponed 1 day. We are now about to start day 10. We have not seen anyone here to do the “weekly” cleaning. Not real impressed at all after only 10 days. Update: never came out to service or clean the porta potty. Had the unit removed after no service in 3 weeks. Yuck!
