Everything was good for the first couple of months with our toilet but then they started not filling the toliet paper then they stopped cleaning up their mess and now this week they didn't even clean it but signed the sheet inside as if they did or i wouldn't noticed. I have paid a lot of money for this toliet for several months and the service has got worse and worse as the tone goes on. Hopefully they will make it right and if they do I would change to 5 stars but I haven't had anyone attempt to do anything yet.

Morning, We appreciate the feedback and per our e-mail are working to resolve the service issue on your last cleaning at the job site on Mayflower Rd. We are in receipt of your contact to the office during the weekend as we are closed in the office and have the missed service ticket here this early Monday morning.

It was impossible to get a more specific estimate of when the items would arrive even on the day of. A 12 hour window is extremely challenging to plan for. There was a double booking, two crews tried to deliver what we ordered, I had to tell the second that we were sorry but someone made a mistake. To be honest, could have been better.
Response from ASAP Site ServicesOct 11, 2021
Bryce, I do apologize for the double booking. As you can see from your billing only the one order was billed. We are updating the online order placement instructions so that you do not have to be present for delivery as our driver fleet runs into multiple traffic issues, delays, site issues and other unexpected things in the day. Many of which are beyond our control. That is why we stated a 7am to 7pm delivery window.

The person who dropped off was inpatient He called the day before and just left it where a neighbor told him. I tried several times to get It changed. It was NEVER USED BECAUSE IT WAS TO FAR FROM US!!!!! Fickle experience! Wasted Money !!! I will never use this company again

Yolanda, We appreciate your feedback and review. I show that our office a message on Friday that the placement had to be on a hard surface. Due to your experience we are enhancing the online order placement instruction section of the order form. Your online order was given as "Behind the carport as far away from the porch as possible" to the driver which had some interpretation as to how far that entailed, and physical limitations of the site and delivery equipment. Sincerely, ASAP
