Was not Expecting a price change greater than $800, after I had already paid for my service.

Afternoon, The rental quote included delivery freight for 50 miles as included in the base rental quote. Due to the location the delivery freight was much higher and we issued a formal order change to discuss this with you in which it was approved via your phone call back to the office. Sincerely, Team ASAP

The dumpster wasn't removed until weeks after the scheduled removal date.

Daniel, I do apologize for the tardy pick up that extended over the holiday weekend. No additional rental time was charged. Again I do apologize for that pick-up delay. Sincerely, Team ASAP

Simple to order the service I needed. The person dropping of the "potties" was polite, professional and helpful.

I must admit I was a little concerned. My wife and I were hosting a pre 4th. Of July, Bash at my resident on Sunday, July the 3rd. I had over 100 people RSVP. As you can imagine I was concerned about the traffic going in-and-out of my home of people needing to use the restroom, not to mention I recently had marble floors installed 9 months ago. I did a Google search near my home for Porta-Potty rental's, found one that came highly recommended. ASAP Porta-Potty rental, I rented 2 porta-potty with the BEST rate ever. But my delivery was not delivered as schedule on Friday, July the 1st. Hints the reason why I was very concerned cause the company normally does not deliver on the weekend, but to my surprise!!!! They went above and beyond for me and made sure my delivery was there on Saturday. One can only imagine the relief I felt when I saw the delivery guy pulling up to my resident Saturday, morning with the biggest smile on his face. He was very professional and helpful. In addition, I had 2 representatives with the best customer service calling to make sure my delivery was there. I knew I picked the right company for my rental. I highly recommend ASAP Porta-Potty for your home or business occasion.

I got a porta potty. It was delivered on time for my party. People peed in it. Nobody came through my house. It was great. My wife is happy for once.

I ordered 6 Flushable Portable Toilets (Unit Price $368, Price $2,208). You delivered 3 Flushable Portable Toilets and 3 PORTABLE TOILETS. Not right! Internal: Zendesk Ticket ID 1,194,166 Transaction ID 7243854209 Payment Gateway NMI Order ID asapsiteservices-order-62839ce186298

Tam Ho, Again my apologies for the product mix as delivered. I see an internal error on delivery supply of 3 of the 6 flushable units. Our operations delivered the 3 flushable and the other 3 standards with built in sink in a last minute decision to ensure your event had appropriate unit count. We had an opportunity to communicate this error to you better. We have refunded you the price difference without question. Again our sincerest apologies, Team ASAP

I had a terrible experience with this company. I asked for my toilet to be serviced as they said it would be and instead, they picked up the toilet two and half weeks early. Every person I talked on the phone knew less than the person before. I will not be using them again.

David, My apologies for the operational miss-step on the rental. Our driver removed the unit instead of rendering the weekly cleaning service this week after the holiday. We of course will discount you and refund you balance. I will personally e-mail you the refund receipt. Again our apologies in this regard, Team ASAP
