This porta potty was dropped off on time and it came on the correct date. Easy to book online, but 2 weeks later and the porta potty was still at my house. Customer service reached out, and picked up the potty when new pick up date was set with no extra charge for the extra days.

The pick-up was over looked and we immediately addressed the problem and had it off site in 24 business hours once that discovered with your review. Upon verifying that information and the placement of the delivery and scope of the online order I see where your rental experience was frustrating. Afternoon, I've looked at your order scope and apologize if the cancel policy did not make sense to you. I see the order placed on June 1 for June 2 delivery and your text message and e-mail on June 3 to cancel the order. As explained prior; cancellation inside 24 hours will result in being charged in full. Per policy to receive a refund a cancelation of the order would have needed to be requested the same day as the order placed due to rush nature of the order. Sincerely, Team ASAP

SCAM WARNING. If I could give them zero stars, I would. DO NOT believe the 5 star ratings, they take your money right away, promising a porta potty for your event, then send an EMAIL, not even a phone call, saying they don't have any available the DAY BEFORE it's supposed to be delivered. I don't have high hopes that I will be receiving my money back, since they can't even tell me in person that they messed up.
